Dynamark has always known that alarm dealers are extremely busy with marketing, designing and installing alarm systems, along with servicing their clients. The goal of this new program is to help dealers focus their time on their customers. With this new dealer services program, Dynamark will offer both billing and collection services, allowing dealers to focus their time on what really matters, safety and protection.

Hank Groff, Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, explained “This move will give our dealers the option to outsource their billing and collections and free up their time in order to focus on what is important to them, being an alarm dealer. They can hire our dedicated team who already have a successful billing and collections procedure in place, which will safeguard that their customers pay their bills promptly.”

The new Dynamark Account Services Program will roll out immediately and follow all Fair Debt Collect Acts, put in place by the US government and give dealers the choice of either billing, collections or both. They can design the Dynamark ASP around their individual needs. Trey Alter, CEO of Dynamark Monitoring, stated “This move is one of many that we plan to make which will cultivate our partnership with the dealers who trust us every day with their most valuable assets, their customers. Dynamark’s goal has always and will always be to help and support our dealer’s growth in any way we can.”

Rich Cowan, Vice President Western Region, explained the advantages for his dealers in the west. “We now have the ability to offer our dealers many solutions, all under one roof. I can not only get them great monitoring and financial options to compete with the larger dealers, but now can give them state of the art billing and collections services as well.” Mike Hutcher, Vice President Northern Region, agrees. “I like to tell our dealers, ‘we want to be your strategic business partner.
