Wayne is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Dynamark Security Centers. He has served as Board Member of the International Franchise Association as well as the US Chamber of Commerce. Wayne is also a current Board Member of Susquehanna Bancshares (SBI), a Top 50 US Bank.

Trey is responsible for overall management of Dynamark. He has over 18 years of experience in the security industry, and has developed the funding, acquisitions, and partner programs for Dynamark. Trey was also selected to Security Systems News “20 under 40 Class of 2014”.

Jeremy is the Chief Financial Officer for Dynamark Security Centers. He has over 21 years of diversified work experience in Finance and Accounting as well as applications/ information systems oriented environments. He has worked in the manufacturing, oil and gas services and information systems industries, managing over $150M Revenue business units. Jeremy maintains an active CPA license in the State of Maryland.

Hank is a 25 year veteran in the alarm industry, having worked for and with such industry notables as ADT, Monitronics, SAI, Vector, and Guardian Protection Services. Hank is a credentialed presenter for ESX, and his training programs are among the best-attended sessions.

Keith has over 35 years of experience in the operation and management of central stations. He has run the operation for ADT, Protection One, and Devcon, and is now running Dynamark’s UL listed, CSAA 5-Diamond Central Station.

Mike has over 30 years in the business, and many of them were as an independent alarm company owner. He knows what dealers face day in and day out, and can help individual companies maximize the value of their companies.


Director of Sales, Southern US

Greg Peninger has over 20 years’ experience in the alarm industry, working with notable industry leaders as Ranger American of San Antonio. He has also owned his own security and home automation company, serving throughout the state of Texas, and Peninger is the current vice president on the board of the TBFAA.

Rich Cowan is Dynamark's new director of sales for the western United States. Prior to this role, he worked for COPS Monitoring for 12 years. He currently resides in Arizona with his wife and youngest child.

Director of Information Technology


Director of Information Technology

LaMar is the Director of Information Technology for Dynamark Security Centers. He has over 20 years of experience in the computer industry and has worked in the Financial sector for industry leaders like Chevy Chase Bank and Citicorp. LaMar also has approximately 30 computer certifications, including his MCSE Certification.
